Description

The GZB roller-type heavy-load linear guide rail assembly consists of a rail, carriage, rollers, return caps, cage, and sealing end caps. It transforms the traditional point-contact loading method into line-contact loading. Due to the extremely high rigidity of the rollers, the load capacity is greatly enhanced. The roller guide rail features a central internal V-groove design, enabling it to withstand higher rotational torque. The GZB type roller linear guide rail replaces balls with rollers as the rolling elements, changing the contact mode between the rolling elements and the raceway from point contact to line contact. This significantly improves the rigidity of the linear guide rail assembly, allowing machine tools to maintain higher machining precision.
