Description

The GLB-400M is an industrial-grade SLM metal 3D printer. Its core components include a high-precision scanning galvanometer and an RTC4 laser control system, with laser spot size precisely controlled between 70-100μm, ensuring high detail fidelity and forming quality for complex structural parts. The bidirectional recirculating powder spreading system provides a build volume of 390×380×300mm, supporting one-piece forming of large components without subsequent joining processes, reducing process errors. Layer thickness can be flexibly adjusted within the range of 0.02-0.09mm, adapting to applications with different precision requirements: from micron-level precision titanium alloy dental bridges in the dental field, to high-density shoe molds in the industrial sector, to blades with excellent fatigue resistance in the aerospace industry, all deliver stable output.
