Copper-Chromium-Zirconium Alloy Powder — Precise Composition Control
铜铬锆合金粉——精确成分控制
Description
Copper-Chromium-Zirconium (CuCrZr) alloy powder is a typical high-strength, high-conductivity copper alloy powder. Zirconium (Zr) inhibits grain growth, ensuring hardness and conductivity at high temperatures, but Zr is prone to burn-off during processing, making precise composition control an industry challenge. CNPC POWDER has broken through this bottleneck: its CNPC-CuCrZr precisely controls Zr content within 0.1-1% (deviation ≤0.1%), ensuring batch-to-batch consistency; particle size 15-53μm, Hall flow rate <20s/50g, compatible with laser powder bed fusion processes, with good sintering activity. Printed parts achieve relative density exceeding 99% and average Vickers hardness of 175.3; after heat treatment, tensile strength reaches 584MPa, yield strength 487MPa, and elongation 20%, with industry-leading performance. CNPC POWDER currently has a monthly production capacity of several tons, ensuring stable supply of high-quality products.
