Description

Introduction: TFME23A is a powder prepared by gas atomization for die-casting molds. This hot work tool steel is suitable for demanding hot work applications such as die casting, hot forging, and hot extrusion. TFME23A offers multiple advantages in additive manufacturing: 1. High-temperature resistance and high-temperature strength; 2. Excellent toughness in both quenched and tempered, and directly tempered conditions; 3. Highly suitable for bi-metal printing on high-chromium martensitic tool steel substrates. Applications: High-pressure die-casting inserts, hot forming dies, plastic molds.
