Centralized Powder Supply Station

Description

Haitian Additive's centralized powder supply station integrates powder conveying, sieving, and recovery functions. With a 200L hopper capacity, powder feed rate of 300L/h, recovery rate of 300L/h, and sieving efficiency of 90L/h, it can simultaneously meet the powder needs of up to 8 main units (using the C400M as an example), satisfying batch and long-cycle mass production requirements. Using inert gas conveying with a fully closed-loop automated process, it ensures no powder dust, maximizes powder utilization, reduces environmental risks, and ensures workshop cleanliness and personnel health and safety. One station can flexibly support 1 to 8 devices. With a footprint of only 1.8㎡, it can be flexibly adapted to various layout configurations based on customer factory/site conditions, achieving high plant efficiency. Through its intelligent control system, high compatibility, and stable operation, the centralized powder supply station provides dual assurance of productivity and quality for industrial mass production.
