Description
The SFM 2D is a highly efficient measurement tool based on proven scatterometry principles, capable of completing a comprehensive analysis of the entire laser scan field in under one minute. It utilizes a specially designed 2D measurement array to acquire full-field data nearly simultaneously, precisely determining beam position and generating thermal maps of various laser parameters, visually presenting key information such as spot shape, scan deviation, energy distribution, and timing errors. This system significantly improves calibration efficiency, drastically reducing traditional scan field calibration from hours, while recording parameters such as marking speed, spot size, power distribution, and laser caustics for rapid, precise scan field performance evaluation and real-time correction.
