It overcomes the industry's long-standing issues of "aging after printing" and "toughness regression," achieving "print-and-use with permanent toughness." Performance is locked after printing with mechanical retention exceeding 90%, load-bearing without deformation, and storage without cracking. It also offers scratch and wear resistance, excellent heat resistance, outstanding dimensional stability, and good chemical corrosion resistance, with performance comparable to ABS plastic. Compared to metal materials, it enables lightweight design (50% weight reduction), 60% cost reduction, and small-batch production without mold tooling, covering heavy-duty fixtures, product housings, high-requirement prototype validation, and cultural creative models—truly positioning photopolymer materials to compete head-on with the convenience of PLA and the durability of metal.
