TEJUFUSE PPA-CF
Description
TEJUFUSE PPA-CF is a filament specially developed for the FDM 3D printing process. It is an engineering composite material based on semi-crystalline aromatic polyamide (PPA) reinforced with 10% short chopped carbon fiber. Tensile strength ≥65MPa, flexural strength ≥110MPa, heat deflection temperature ≥75°C, density 1.11±0.02g/cm³. It features creep resistance, fatigue resistance, low moisture absorption, chemical corrosion resistance, and lightweight characteristics. Suitable for rapid prototyping, tooling and fixtures, and small-batch production. It can support direct printing of complex structures to replace some metal parts, helping to shorten R&D and manufacturing cycles.
