Description
Our cobalt-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy powder is cobalt-based with precisely proportioned chromium (26-30%), molybdenum (5-7%), tungsten (4-6%), and trace amounts of carbon, manganese, silicon, iron, nickel, and other elements. The product is spherical or near-spherical in shape. Particle size specifications include 15-45 microns, 15-53 microns, and others, with customization available. The powder exhibits good flowability, high apparent density, and good dispersibility, facilitating subsequent processing. Solid products made from it, such as 3D-printed components, possess ultra-high strength, with metal-ceramic bonding strength exceeding 25MPa, outstanding wear resistance, and biocompatibility, conforming to ISO 22674 international standards. It performs stably in high-temperature environments and is widely used in the medical field for applications such as artificial joints and metal dentures.
