We provide customized magnesium and magnesium alloy powder solutions for additive manufacturing applications. Based on our in-house atomization technology, we produce high-purity spherical magnesium alloy powder specifically designed for SLM/M-PBF, SLS, and related metal additive manufacturing processes. The powder features high sphericity, controllable particle size distribution, excellent flowability, low oxygen content, and high batch consistency, effectively improving powder spreading stability and part density. For different application scenarios and equipment conditions, we can customize alloy systems and powder specifications as required, including Mg-Al, Mg-Zn, and Mg-RE magnesium alloy compositions, with targeted optimization of particle size range, apparent density, and chemical composition control to match different laser powers, scanning strategies, and forming environment requirements.
