Description

The AJS 2500 is an industrialized application model independently developed by KOCEL Intelligent Equipment (Anhui). With a maximum build size of 2500×1500×1000mm, printing accuracy of ±0.4mm, and adjustable layer thickness from 0.2-0.8mm, it meets diverse requirements including 2-3mm thin-wall sand molds, complex spiral water jacket structures, and integrally formed products. The equipment achieves a single-layer printing time of ≤14 seconds and a printing efficiency of up to 650L/h, enabling rapid response to customer needs for large complex castings.
