The Qbeam S600, meticulously crafted by Qingyan Zhishu, meets the aerospace industry's demand for efficient, low-cost, batch production of large-sized, structurally complex components. Utilizing a self-developed 2×2 array electron gun and electromagnetic insulation and stitching technology, it expands the build size to 600×600×700mm, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and stitching quality. The new EG3.1 electron gun and operating software fully leverage the high energy density, deep penetration, and fast deflection speed of the electron beam, increasing the maximum deposition rate for titanium alloys to over 400cm³/h.
