Description

GH3536 (corresponding to Hastelloy X) is a solid-solution strengthened nickel-based superalloy powder. Its core characteristics include excellent oxidation and hot corrosion resistance, as well as good high-temperature strength, formability, and stress relaxation resistance. This powder is primarily used in additive manufacturing for high-temperature components in aerospace engines and gas turbines, such as combustor parts, flame tubes, transition pieces, and high-temperature components for industrial furnaces, suitable for extreme heat and complex thermal cycling environments.
