Description

dichtol AM is an ultra-low-viscosity, high-performance polymer used for penetrating, impregnating, and sealing porous structures, layers, and components. dichtol AM autonomously penetrates porous structures and cracks, sealing them permanently and reliably. The product exhibits extremely high capillary activity, operates at ambient temperature without heating, pressure, or vacuum. Once cured, dichtol completely fills pores or cracks and offers good resistance to oil, lubricants, and coolants. - Suitable for fine pores (less than 0.1 mm) - Contains organic solvents - High temperature resistance (300°C) - Good chemical resistance - Multiple application methods: dipping, injection, spraying, or brushing - Surface dry in 6 minutes - Drinking water certification - Primarily used for SLS and MJF printed parts
