Description

The Snapmaker U1 features the SnapSwap™ independent four-head parallel system. The four heads can be pre-loaded and pre-heated with filament, enabling a 5-second quick swap. Switching materials by swapping heads eliminates purging, making multi-color and multi-material printing more efficient with up to 80% less filament waste. It supports multi-material printing scenarios such as rigid-flexible combinations and water-soluble/breakaway supports. Smart calibration covers multi-head offset, vibration compensation, pressure advance, and automatic bed leveling. The automatic filament system supports auto-feeding, backup mode, and RFID recognition. It offers a 270 × 270 × 270 mm build volume and a motion speed of 500 mm/s. A 3.5-inch touchscreen, along with Snapmaker Orca and the mobile app, provides easy control and monitoring.
