Description

dichtol AM UV Protection is an ultra-low-viscosity, polymer-based impregnating agent for additively manufactured parts. This product seals additively manufactured parts to achieve liquid and gas tightness while protecting them from UV radiation. This is achieved through a very thin protective layer of only a few micrometers that encapsulates particles and absorbs harmful UV rays. dichtol AM UV Protection seals and protects parts, preventing discoloration of SLS-printed polyamide parts such as eyeglass frames. - Suitable for larger pores (0.1 - 0.5 mm) - Sealing + UV protection - Contains organic solvents - Good temperature resistance (200°C) - Good chemical resistance - Multiple application methods: dipping, injection, spraying, or brushing
