Description

An industrial-grade production model specifically designed for pilot production and mass production of ceramic products. Its build size reaches 550×450×200mm, allowing large ceramic parts to be printed in one piece. Equipped with a 4K DLP laser liquid-cooled optical engine*6 matrix module, it uses Matrix DLP overlapping stitching/image fusion technology for excellent uniformity across the build area, with a maximum optical power density of 35mW/cm², meeting the printing needs of common ceramic materials (alumina, zirconia, silica, silicon nitride, silicon carbide, barium titanate, hydroxyapatite, clay, etc.). It features pneumatic independent dual lifting doctor blades with electric fine adjustment for blade height and tilt angle, and an electric fine adjustment for the build platform to control overall flatness. Optional automated calibration and cluster control functions are available to meet automated mass production requirements.
