Description

The analog continuous level sensor operates on capacitive technology. The probe consists of a hollow aluminum core sheathed with insulating materials such as PTFE, PEEK, or PFA. The metal inner core of the probe acts as one electrode, and the conductive liquid acts as the other. As the liquid level changes, the capacitance between the probe and the liquid varies. The sensor amplifier uses a precise algorithm based on the capacitance formula to determine the relationship between liquid height and capacitance.
