Description
3D printed rehabilitation aids: composed of a fixator main body, nylon straps, Velcro, metal joints/splints, and screws/rivets. The fixator main body is made of polymer material (polylaurolactam) via additive manufacturing; nylon straps, nylon 3D printed orthopedic insoles: made of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU) polymer material and EVA material. 3D printed surgical guides: produced from polyamide 12 (PA12) material via additive manufacturing, featuring fixation pin holes and bone-contact areas; some guides include osteotomy guide slots. 3D printed custom surgical guides are categorized into hip, knee, spine, and limb guides. Knee guides consist of femoral condyle osteotomy, tibial plateau osteotomy, and femoral four-in-one osteotomy guides. Used by medical institutions for positioning, guidance, and protection in orthopedic surgeries involving the hip, knee, spine, and limbs.
