Pressure Transmitter
压力变送器
Description
A pressure transmitter is a device that converts pressure into pneumatic or electrical signals for control and remote transmission. A pressure transmitter mainly consists of a bridge pressure sensor composed of piezoelectric semiconductors. Pressure applied to the diaphragm is transmitted through silicone oil to the semiconductor, generating an unbalanced voltage across the bridge, which is then amplified and converted into a 4~20mA current signal. It can measure a wide range from micro pressure to high pressure: supports analog and digital models (such as HART, Modbus, etc.) compatible with multiple control systems; features a built-in temperature compensation mechanism to reduce the impact of ambient temperature changes on measurement accuracy; possesses characteristics such as waterproof, dustproof, explosion-proof, and corrosion-resistant.
