Description

CA300T aluminum alloy is a new low-cost, rare-earth-free heat-resistant aluminum alloy primarily used in aerospace, automotive, energy and power, and other fields. It maintains high heat resistance and thermal conductivity at 300°C. Through the coordinated adjustment of five principal elements, customized development and reverse design of composition-process-properties can be achieved, while also enabling crack-free printing of complex components. Post-heat-treatment tensile properties at room temperature: yield strength >300 MPa, ultimate tensile strength >400 MPa, elongation >10%; tensile properties at 300°C: yield strength >210 MPa, ultimate tensile strength >240 MPa, elongation >6%.
