Description

The company's powder products include superalloy powder, high-strength steel powder, and titanium alloy powder. The metal powders have high sphericity, low oxygen/nitrogen content (oxygen increase 50ppm), and are free of hollow and satellite powders. Powder particle sizes range from 15-53μm, 53-106μm, and 53-150μm with a yield rate above 60%. The powders have low inclusion content, good plasticity, and high service life. They are mainly used in laser powder bed fusion, laser cladding, electron beam powder bed fusion, and HIP near-net shaping applications in aerospace, medical molds, and 3C consumer electronics.
