Description

FLOW-3D AM software provides a modeling platform for various additive manufacturing processes based on the Discrete Element Method (DEM) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), including powder bed fusion, directed energy deposition, binder jetting, and material extrusion. FLOW-3D AM's free-surface tracking algorithm and multi-physics modeling capabilities enable high-precision simulation of powder spreading, melt pool dynamics, porosity formation, infiltration, and diffusion, allowing analysis and optimization of process parameters.
