Rongsu Technology - Ultra-integrated laser wire feeding additive manufacturing system L1 Lite

Description

The L1 Lite, a new multi-laser wire-fed additive manufacturing system independently developed by Rongsu Technology, deeply integrates and optimizes the five functional modules of water, gas, wire, light, and electricity. The integrated design makes the product structure more compact, with machine dimensions of only 380mm*870mm*1233mm, significantly reducing space occupation and site modification costs. The L1 Lite supports multiple industrial protocols and can be integrated with most industrial manufacturing equipment such as robots, machine tools, and lathes on the market. It is plug-and-play and ready to print, meeting the needs of various operational scenarios including additive manufacturing, laser cladding, part repair, and combined additive-subtractive manufacturing. The L1 Lite can also be equipped with a 'powder feeding companion' gas-shrouded powder feeding head, enabling an upgrade to simultaneous wire and powder feeding. By replacing the cover of the original wire feeding print head, it supports three printing modes: powder feeding, wire feeding, and simultaneous wire-powder feeding, which can be freely switched, expanding the process flexibility of the equipment. Additionally, it is equipped with a 3000W high-power laser head, supporting highly reflective metals such as aluminum alloys.
