Description

CT1400H titanium alloy is a new ultra-high-strength titanium alloy primarily used in aerospace, consumer electronics, and other fields. It is a heat-treatable metastable β-type titanium alloy designed with ultra-high strength to achieve lightweighting and weight reduction. Through the coordinated adjustment of six principal elements, customized development and reverse design of composition-process-properties can be achieved. Combined with innovative heat treatment schemes, crack-free printing of complex components is possible. Post-heat-treatment tensile properties: yield strength >1100 MPa, ultimate tensile strength >1400 MPa, elongation >8%.
