Description

The Robo L1 is a new generation industrial-grade laser wire additive manufacturing platform developed by Rongsu Technology. It is equipped with a self-developed 5000W ultra-coaxial laser deposition head, elevating additive manufacturing efficiency to new heights. The build height reaches 1.5 meters, meeting the printing needs of medium to large metal components. It features an intelligent dual wire spool system with automatic wire changing, combined with a self-developed fully closed-loop precision wire feeding system, ensuring stable and smooth wire feeding throughout the process for uninterrupted continuous printing. It supports global gas-tight protection, with oxygen content in the chamber reducible to 100ppm, meeting the high-quality printing requirements of easily oxidized metals like titanium alloys. The innovative external sliding rail substrate allows for convenient and safe transport of workpieces out of the chamber, making the hoisting of large workpieces easier and safer.
