Photocurable ceramic printer
光固化陶瓷打印机
Description
Photocuring ceramic printer is an additive manufacturing equipment based on vat photopolymerization principle, specifically designed for fabricating high-precision, complex-structure ceramic parts. It uniformly mixes ceramic powder with photosensitive resin to form ceramic slurry, which is then cured layer-by-layer using ultraviolet light (laser or DLP), followed by debinding and sintering to ultimately obtain dense, high-strength ceramic components. It enables the fabrication of internal channels, thin-wall structures, lattice structures, and complex cavities that are difficult to machine with traditional methods, making it a key manufacturing tool in high-end fields such as aerospace, electronics, medical, and energy.
