Gas-protected sieve

Description

The gas-protected screener is designed for materials that cannot come into contact with air during screening, as they may oxidize or explode. Therefore, during the screening process, the screener, hopper, and receiving bin are completely sealed, and inert gas must be filled for protection. Before screening, gas replacement is performed in the screener, receiving bin, and pipelines. Only after the oxygen content drops below the set value can production feeding begin. Start the gyratory screener, simultaneously turn on the ultrasonic power, open the discharge valve, and feed the material evenly into the ultrasonic vibrating screen for fine screening.
