Description

TL-WP reshapes the optical path into a hollow annular beam, allowing metal wire (powder) to be fed coaxially from the center of the annular laser, achieving a near-perfect laser-clad wire (powder) solution. The inner-wire (powder) outer-light melting process produces almost no spatter, making it particularly suitable for laser applications such as additive manufacturing, surface cladding, and welding. Material utilization for wire feeding within the annular beam reaches 100%, and for powder feeding exceeds 95%, with processing efficiency up to 400 cm³/h. The hollow annular beam with coaxial inner wire (powder) delivery imposes no directional or angular requirements on the processing path. Optional infrared temperature measurement module and CCD ensure comprehensive, multi-dimensional processing quality. A wide range of materials can be processed using wire or powder, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, nickel-based alloy, and Babbitt alloy.
