Description

Copper-tin-nickel alloy powder is primarily composed of copper, with appropriate amounts of tin and nickel added through scientific proportioning. The product is spherical or near-spherical. Standard particle sizes include 15-53 microns and 50-150 microns, with custom sizes available. The powder features uniform particles, good dispersibility, stable physical properties, and excellent formability. Solid products made from it, such as mechanical gears and electronic connectors, exhibit good strength and hardness, outstanding wear resistance, and a degree of electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, enabling adaptation to various complex working environments.
