Description
An industrial-grade equipment integrating DLP and DIW technologies, meeting diverse high-end manufacturing needs, suitable for applications in biomedical composites, electronic ceramic devices, heterogeneous integration, ceramic packaging substrates, aerospace, and more. It can perform hybrid printing or operate independently for each technology, accommodating both efficiency needs and separate part production. In terms of core module performance, the DLP module is equipped with a 4K 48W liquid-cooled laser light engine, offering exceptional precision with X/Y resolution up to 36μm, optical power density of 180mW/cm², and exposure uniformity exceeding 90%. It can achieve high-precision forming of materials such as photosensitive ceramic slurries, photosensitive metals, and photosensitive resins. The DIW module features dual print heads that can be heated up to 100°C, with nozzle diameters adjustable between 0.2-1.0mm, capable of processing materials like photosensitive ceramic pastes, cellular biological tissue materials, graphene materials, and silicone materials.
