Description
PEBA (Polyether Block Amide) is a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) formed by block copolymerization of rigid polyamide hard segments and flexible polyether soft segments. Its structure combines the strength of nylon with the flexibility of polyether, offering balanced performance and making it one of the lightest engineering-grade TPE materials available. As a lightweight, high-performance material, we anticipate its broader application in 3D printing. Xinbochuan has successfully developed PEBA filament for FDM processes, available in three hardness grades: PEBA 90A, 85A, and 80A. Compared to TPU, PEBA offers three core advantages: light, elastic, and fast.
