Equipment Introduction: The inert gas protected air classifier is a closed ultra-fine classification system developed for classifying special materials such as flammable, explosive, and easily oxidized materials, using inert gas circulation protection. After replacing oxygen in the system with inert gas and when the oxygen content falls below the required set value, the material is fed into the classifier. The high-speed rotating classification rotor generates centrifugal force, separating coarse particles to the inner wall of the chamber where they lose speed and fall along the cylinder wall to the discharge port. Meanwhile, fine powder passes through the gaps between the classifier wheel blades into a cyclone collector or directly into a dust collector, achieving separation of coarse and fine materials. The inert gas protected air classifier can be used in multi-stage series connection to meet classification needs for multiple particle sizes.
