Description

The DK-4X ultrasonic sieving machine is an organic combination of an ultrasonic system and a vibrating sieve. It transmits ultrasonic energy to the sieve mesh wires through an acoustic conduction system, disrupting the surface tension of the wires, preventing fine powders from adhering, reducing the probability of mesh blockage, and promoting the passage of fine powder through the sieve, thereby achieving the purpose of sieving fine or easily adhering powders. Fine metal powders or special alloy powders are more prone to oxidation when exposed to air, especially high-end metal powders which have stricter oxygen content requirements and must not come into contact with air during powder particle separation. Therefore, an inert gas protection system is incorporated into the sieving process to strictly control the oxygen content in the system, and an oxygen content detection device is installed to prevent metal powders from contacting oxygen, ensuring powder purity and thereby improving the quality of metal 3D printed parts.
