Plasma Thermal Spray Carbon-Ceramic Equipment and Process
等离子热喷涂烯碳陶瓷装备及工艺
Description
Supersonic plasma thermal spraying is a material surface strengthening and modification technology that uses a DC-driven plasma arc as a heat source to heat materials such as ceramics, alloys, and metals to a molten or semi-molten state, and sprays them onto pretreated workpiece surfaces at supersonic speeds up to Mach 6 to form an adherent surface layer. This imparts properties such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature oxidation resistance, electrical insulation, thermal insulation, radiation protection, friction reduction, and sealing to the substrate surface. Materials used in supersonic plasma spraying mainly include spherical alumina, silicon carbide, boron nitride, and graphene-ceramic composite powders. Supersonic plasma spraying equipment mainly includes: ① Spray gun ② Power supply ③ Powder feeder ④ Heat exchanger ⑤ Gas supply system ⑥ Control cabinet.
