Description

CA760H aluminum alloy is a new low-cost, rare-earth-free high-strength aluminum alloy primarily used in aerospace, consumer electronics, and other fields. It belongs to the 7-series heat-treatable strengthened aluminum alloys, designed with high strength to achieve lightweighting and weight reduction. Through the coordinated adjustment of five principal elements, customized development and reverse design of composition-process-properties can be achieved. Combined with innovative heat treatment schemes, crack-free printing of complex components is possible. Post-heat-treatment tensile properties: yield strength >550 MPa, ultimate tensile strength >600 MPa, elongation >8%.
