Description
The probe, metal housing, and internal electronic unit of an impedance spectroscopy level switch form a high-frequency resonant circuit. A high-frequency electric field is formed near the probe. When the probe is covered by the medium or the dielectric constant of the medium changes, the resonant frequency will undergo significant changes. The internal electronic unit activates or deactivates the alarm signal by comparing the current resonant frequency with the user-set threshold. This measurement method effectively eliminates the influence of adhesive conductive coating. It can detect various media, such as: 1. Liquid media: pure water, tap water, fuel oil, cooking oil, acids, alkalis, solvents, milk, fruit juice, beer, etc.; 2. Solid media: flour, milk powder, calcium carbonate, talc powder, lime powder, aluminum powder, iron powder, plastic powder, carbon powder, grains, etc.; 3. Slurry media: ore pulp, jam, syrup, honey, tomato paste, toothpaste, glue, etc.; 4. Other media: detergent foam, beer foam, medicinal solutions, medical gels, food gels, etc.
