Laser One (L1) is a DED laser wire-fed additive manufacturing system independently developed by Ronshi Tech. Targeting industrial automated additive manufacturing, L1 is equipped with the self-developed VEAM six-laser coaxial wire feeding printing system, which independently adjusts each laser beam. Combined with customized energy field technology, it improves deposition efficiency while reducing energy heat input by over 40%, enhancing printed part quality. L1 achieves a surface roughness of up to 5μm on printed parts and features a global inert gas protection system, meeting high-quality printing requirements for easily oxidized metals such as titanium alloys. Equipped with a melt pool camera, it provides real-time visibility of melt pool dynamics for stable printing processes. The integrated design achieves full-chain integration of water, gas, wire, light, and electricity in a compact, lightweight, and flexibly installable package. Using Ronshi Tech's self-developed fully closed-loop precision wire feeding system, it ensures smooth and stable wire delivery throughout the process, compatible with 0.8-1.2mm diameter wire with 100% wire utilization.
