This shoe mold is integrally formed from titanium alloy powder using SLM (Selective Laser Melting) technology, representing an industrial-grade mold solution for high-performance footwear manufacturing. The gradient bionic texture on the mold cavity surface is designed based on dynamic foot stress test data from marathon runners, providing better arch support for the sole after injection molding. The diamond-shaped hollow structures and micro-pores distributed on the mold side walls not only achieve weight reduction but also accelerate heat dissipation during the injection cooling stage, shortening material curing time. Leveraging the digital manufacturing characteristics of 3D printing, it provides a technological vehicle for the footwear industry's transformation from mass production to precision customization.
