It supports a maximum build size of 136*76*90mm for ceramic parts, equipped with a 4K DLP liquid-cooled laser optical engine, a maximum optical power density of 180mW/cm², and exposure uniformity exceeding 90%, ensuring part consistency and detail reproduction while maintaining high curing efficiency. In terms of precision, the X/Y axis resolution is 36μm, and the Z-axis layer thickness is adjustable from 5 to 200μm in 1μm increments, enabling precise dimensional control of ceramic parts. It features pneumatic independent dual lifting doctor blades with adjustable speeds from 1 to 200mm/s, compatible with various ceramic slurry viscosities. It also supports fully open adjustable printing parameters, history recording, and selective elimination functions for high operational flexibility.
