High-temperature Alloy Printed Parts
高温合金打印件
Description
Superalloy printed parts are formed by selective laser melting (SLM) technology, using materials such as GH4169, GH3625, and Hastelloy X. Heat treatment includes stress annealing, solution treatment, aging treatment, and hot isostatic pressing, resulting in a dense structure with excellent high-temperature strength, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance. After heat treatment, they can meet the requirements of key hot-end components such as aircraft engine blades and fuel nozzles under extreme environments, enabling integrated manufacturing of complex structures.
