AMT has been deeply engaged in metal powder materials for nearly 20 years, building a product system covering 9 major alloy series including titanium, nickel, cobalt, aluminum, and iron, with over 200 grades. The company has fully broken through more than five mainstream international atomization powder production technologies such as VIGA/EIGA/PREP, successfully developed multiple high-performance alloy powders, and took the lead in achieving 100% recycling of titanium alloy powder, with an annual production capacity of kiloton-level green titanium powder. This provides key material support for processes such as Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF), Laser Solid Forming (LSF), and Metal Injection Molding (MIM). With over 100,000 furnace runs of cumulative powder production, its products are widely used in high-precision manufacturing fields such as aerospace, biomedical, and automotive mold making.
