Suction Sieving Machine

Description

The suction sieve machine must be connected to vacuum conveying to extract material from storage tanks or bulk bags, sieve it, and directly transport it to the next process. Combining ultrasonic sieving and vacuum conveying, the machine has a compact structure. For low-density materials, vacuum suction accelerates sieving speed, and with superimposed ultrasonic high-frequency vibration, material passes through the sieve more easily under high-frequency acceleration. The sieved material is conveyed via pipeline to the finished product silo, eliminating a secondary material transfer step and reducing operator exposure to dust. For low-density materials, sieving efficiency is multiplied, the structure is compact, processes and time are saved, and with automated control, integrated conveying and sieving is achieved.
