Aviation turbofan engine
航空涡轮风扇发动机
Description
This exhibit is a turbofan engine cross-section model created through metal 3D printing. Leveraging high-precision metal additive manufacturing technology, it replicates the core structure of an aviation turbofan engine at a 1:1 scale, accurately reproducing details from the front fan to the multi-stage compressor and turbine, with complex flow channels and assembly relationships clearly presented. As an excellent medium for aviation power education, teaching and training, and industrial display, this model breaks through the processing limitations of traditional manufacturing for complex components, achieving efficient forming of precision structures through integrated printing. It intuitively demonstrates the technical advantages of 3D printing in the development of complex models for aviation equipment, serving as a typical example of additive manufacturing empowering high-end equipment display.
