CNPC POWDER innovates a scrap recycling powder manufacturing process using Hydrogenation-Dehydrogenation (HDH) and plasma spheroidization, achieving a waste powder utilization rate of >95%. The powder is verified by laser particle size analysis and SEM inspection, with satellite ball rate <3%, meeting SLM, EBM and other process requirements. The mechanical properties of printed parts (tensile strength ≥900MPa, elongation ≥10%) are comparable to virgin powder, yet carbon emissions are only 10% of the EIGA process, making it suitable for batch industrial production.
