Capacitive Level Gauge
电容料位计
Description
A capacitance level meter is a measuring instrument that uses changes in capacitance to measure the level of media in a container. Within the container, an electrode and the conductive material of the container wall form a capacitor. For a given electrode, when the dielectric constant of the measured medium remains unchanged, applying a fixed-frequency measurement voltage to the electrode results in a current flowing through the capacitor that depends on, and is proportional to, the height of the medium between the capacitor electrodes. It can detect various media, such as: pure water, tap water, sewage, acids, alkalis, salt solutions, slurries, coatings, etc.; milk powder, wheat, corn, rubber powder, cement, aluminum powder, iron powder, copper powder, magnesium powder, milk powder, sugar powder, pharmaceutical powder, coal powder, mineral powder, etc.
