Printing Recovery and Sieving System

Description

This product series is mainly used in conjunction with metal 3D printers to recover and reuse residual powder after printing. Optional ultrasonic screen cleaning system and inert gas protection system are available. Equipped with an ultrasonic system, screening efficiency is greatly improved while preventing the adsorption of fine powders and reducing the probability of screen mesh clogging. Fine metal powders or special alloy powders are more prone to oxidation when exposed to air. Especially high-end metal powders in the metal 3D printing industry have higher requirements for oxygen content and must not come into contact with air during screening. Therefore, this product can incorporate an inert gas protection system during the screening process, with an automatic control system monitoring oxygen content throughout the entire process to prevent metal powder from contacting air, ensuring powder purity and thereby improving the quality of metal 3D printed parts.
