Powder-making rod / casting-grade nickel-based master alloy. Weishun New Materials can independently produce powder-making rods, which are superalloys used in the additive manufacturing 3D printing industry. They have a high alloy chemical composition range and a high service temperature range. Powder-making rods are key components of the hot sections of aircraft engines and gas turbines, including large complex thin-walled structural components such as turbine rear frames, turbine rotating and guide vanes, discs, stators, and diffusers. Grades: GH3625, GH4169, etc. Surface: black skin rod / bright / polished / CNC / both ends can be drilled and threaded. Dimensions: diameter 30~130 mm, length 120~700 mm (or customized per customer drawings). Technology process: casting-grade nickel-based master alloy.
