Description

Graphene-ceramic reinforced nickel-cobalt superalloy powder is a new type of high-performance composite material powder specifically designed for advanced additive manufacturing and thermal spraying technologies. Its system uses a nickel-cobalt-based superalloy as the matrix, with the core innovation being the uniform composite of nano- or micro-scale graphene materials (such as graphene, carbon nanotubes) and ceramic phases (such as titanium carbide TiC, tungsten carbide WC) onto or into the metal powder surface via special processes. This allows the powder to inherit the excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and corrosion resistance of the nickel-cobalt alloy, while gaining superior thermal conductivity, friction reduction, and toughening characteristics from the graphene materials, as well as ultra-high hardness and wear resistance from the ceramic phases. This powder is primarily used for laser/electron beam selective melting 3D printing and high-velocity oxy-fuel spraying. Components or coatings produced exhibit superior comprehensive performance under extreme high-temperature, high-stress, and severe wear environments, making it a key advanced material for next-generation ultra-high-temperature, long-life critical components.
