The SMOOTH-SE is REPOLY's globally launched desktop-grade polymer additive manufacturing post-processing vapor smoothing device, certified by TÜV Rheinland CE. Based on self-developed room-temperature vapor smoothing technology, it completely resolves defects and failures caused by high-temperature steam. It achieves stable, uniform surface treatment without heating, significantly reducing surface roughness to Ra ≤ 2 μm while improving mechanical properties. With a 12L efficient processing chamber, it offers exceptional material and process adaptability in a compact size, fully compatible with various FDM and PBF parts.
